She is currently the Under Secretary – Administration at the Ministry of Public Service in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Nhlabatsi has served for many years within the Eswatini civil service, bringing extensive experience and knowledge of government operations to her current role. In her capacity as Under Secretary – Administration, she supports organisational leadership in improving public service delivery, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments, and implementing key administrative reforms.
Masilela is a senior government official serving as Under Secretary in Eswatini’s Ministry of Economic Planning & Development (MEPD), where he co ordinates national economic and development planning efforts. As Under Secretary, he supports the implementation and oversight of key national planning frameworks such as the National Development Strategy, poverty reduction programmes and broader economic policy initiatives.
In this leadership position she oversees strategic research, science& technology policy as well as innovation initiatives within the ministry. She plays a central role in advancing science and innovation as drivers of socio-economic development by promoting youth engagement in science, launching initiatives such as the Eswatini Young Academy of Sciences and contributing to national frameworks that support research and innovation ecosystems.
Proffessor Joubert is a seasoned academic in the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Eswatini (UNESWA); she has served as Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and in other leadership positions within the university’s business and management programmes. Her work focuses on business administration, human resource management, organizational behaviour, strategy and change management. She contributes to research, teaching and mentoring students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Ms Mnisi is responsible for overseeing implementation of education policies, strategic educational reforms and the daily management of the ministry’s functions. She has represented the Ministry in national and regional engagements, including leading delegations and speaking at policy dialogues focused on teacher empowerment, education quality and skills development.
Mango has vast experience in human resources and corporate support services across both public and private sector organisations in Eswatini before joining ENPF. In this leadership role she is responsible for human resource strategy, corporate governance, culture development and the Fund’s corporate communications and marketing functions. On the board she represents the Business industry of Eswatini advising on industry relevant qualifications to fit the needs of the country.
