The Institute of Development Management Eswatini (IDM) is a leading, highly sought after institution of higher learning in Eswatini. IDM offers relevant short and long programmes. Since its establishment in 1975, (historically BLS) IDM remains a relevant partner and a significant player in the education and training industry. IDM graduates are sought after by industry and remain admissible beyond Eswatini borders. IDM Eswatini continues to collaborate and forge numerous partnerships that add value in the skills development and rich curricula of its programmes. The long programmes IDM Eswatini offers are accredited by ESHEC (Eswatini Higher Education Council) and registered in the National Qualifications Framework.

The Institute has also made a notable contribution in the socio-economic transformation of the SADC region through its research and consultancy service offering.
